Ideal Aerosmith Interns Participate in the InternGF Program
Ideal Aerosmith interns participated in the InternGF program, a regional initiative designed to help students build professional skills and connect with the Greater Grand Forks business community. Through biweekly sessions, networking opportunities, and hands-on learning, interns gained valuable insight into local industries and career development.
During the program, they had the chance to meet and connect with other interns and research students in the Grand Forks area, participate in group discussions and activities, and attend sessions focused on communication, personal branding, and leadership growth. The program also offered opportunities to explore career paths within the community, learn directly from local professionals, strengthen confidence in real workplace situations, expand their professional networks, and stay engaged in the region.
Overall, the InternGF program brought meaningful value to their summer experience and supported their growth as emerging professionals and their development at Ideal Aerosmith.
Ideal Aerosmith Interns Thrive in the Emerging Leaders Program
This summer, Ideal Aerosmith was proud to have our interns participate in the Emerging Leaders Program, a unique initiative designed to help students strengthen key leadership skills, build meaningful professional networks, and connect with the local business community. The program provided an excellent opportunity for young professionals to grow both personally and professionally while representing their organizations.
Our Vice President of Human Resources, Vanya Mason, served on the committee that helped launch the program this year. Her involvement ensured that the experience aligned with students’ goals as well as the needs of participating businesses. Thanks to her leadership, interns were able to learn, connect, and challenge themselves in impactful and rewarding ways.
Ideal Aerosmith interns took part in leadership workshops, volunteer events, Clifton Strengths assessments, and leadership panels, including one featuring our former president, Barb Schultz. Through these activities, they learned to collaborate effectively, adapt to new challenges, and form connections with interns from across the region.
Similar to InternGF, the Emerging Leaders Program offered unique and valuable experiences for young professionals in the area, helping them gain knowledge, confidence, and lasting connections.
