On March 8, 2026, the Ideal Aerosmith team proudly celebrated International Women’s Day by recognizing two of our Vice Presidents, Vanya Mason and Corisa Trapnell. Both leaders exemplify what it means to make a meaningful impact through their vision, integrity, and dedication, while helping shape Ideal Aerosmith into a stronger and more innovative organization. As part of the celebration, we asked Vanya and Corisa to share a piece of career advice that has influenced their professional journeys.
