Cryogenic Ball Valve AssemblyCryogenic Ball Valve Assembly

Description:

Ideal Aerosmith is pleased to announce the new Cryogenic Ball Valve Assembly. The assembly enhances the level of reliability of LN2 cooled thermal chambers, while decreasing the chance of damaging the unit under test due to extremely cold temperatures. The valve is designed to be used in series with solenoid-type primary and/or secondary active temperature control valve(s) on a thermal chamber. In the event of a chamber low temperature alarm, the high-torque ball valve closes, cutting off LN2 flow.

The Cryogenic Ball Valve Assembly is a self-contained unit that receives power and alarm signals through a connector on the rear panel of all new Ideal Aerosmith thermal controllers. Older Ideal Aerosmith thermal controllers may be retrofitted with this functionality.

Cryogenic Ball Valve Features:
  • Valve position indicator - providing quick visual confirmation of valve state
  • Power light - indicates unit is powered up
  • Anchors for floor mounting - ensures assembly is in a secure position
  • 30 ft (9m) harness assembly
