1561 Series High Load Capacity Rate and Positioning Table

Description:

The 1561 test table is a servo controlled system which features a direct-drive brushless motor, resolver feedback, and a microprocessor that provides accurate and reliable motion control. The table can be operated from a keypad for local control or can be interfaced with a computer for remote control.

Each table is designed for ease of operation and programmed with the Ideal Aerosmith Table Language (ATL) for remote operation. The remote computer interface is either the standard IEEE-488 or the optional RS-232. Available commands include changing position, rate, acceleration, and controller parameters. The position and velocity are continuously displayed on the face panel and may be polled from a remote computer at any time.

Slip rings are selected based on customer requirements. The test table uses high ball or cross roller bearings which are preloaded to reduce axis wobble. It has a hard anodized aluminum table platform for mounting the unit under test (UUT).
