Mark will office at Ideal’s facility located within the REAC 1 (Research Enterprise and Commercialization Park), Grand Forks, North Dakota. http://www.undrf.org/ Mark’s engineering experience was acquired during eleven years of developing airborne surveillance programs for both domestic and international customers. For the past two years, Mark served as an Engineering Product Manager where he coordinated development, software integration, and delivery tasks on a program for the British Ministry of Defense. Mark has also participated in process improvement initiatives with L-3 during the past several years on their road to an SEI CMMi assessment. Jim Richtsmeier, Ideal’s Senior Vice President, Business Growth and Technology, stated, “Mark’s experience managing the entire software product lifecycle will be invaluable as Ideal continues on a path of rapid growth.” Mark holds a Masters degree in Software Engineering from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX (2006), along with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from South Dakota School of Mines & Technology in Rapid City, SD (1997) Ideal Aerosmith, Inc. is the leading supplier of customer-driven test solutions.
