Jim Stevenson Joins Ideal Aerosmith as Service and Integration Team Manager

Ideal Aerosmith is pleased to announce that Jim Stevenson has joined the Ideal Aerosmith Motion Systems team as the Service and Integration Team Manager. Jim joins Ideal with a wealth of experience in customer service, field engineering, and business development. As the new Service and Integration Team Manager, Jim will support Ideal’s current and future business customers by overseeing factory system integration, system upgrades, field services, spare parts and repairs services. "Ideal Aerosmith has experienced an unprecedented period of growth and demand for its products and services. We are extremely excited to have Jim assume a leadership position with our Service and Integration Team. Jim will guide a team of well respected industry veterans that will grow and provide enhanced levels of service to our customers," said Lonnie Rogers President of Ideal. I am excited about the opportunity to extend the reach of Ideal’s reliability and service capabilities.” Prior to joining Ideal, Jim was the Product Line Manager for Range Systems and Customer Service for L3 Communications - Brashear Division. Earlier Jim had served as Sales Manager for Pinnacle Electronics, and Engineering/Sales Manager for Compunetics’ - Engineering Services Division. Jim holds a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Gannon University.
