Ideal Aerosmith Acquires JC Systems

Ideal Aerosmith has acquired JC Systems of San Diego, California. According to Jim Richtsmeier, Senior Vice President, Business Growth & Technology, "The addition of this technology and product line not only allows Ideal to offer superior environmental chamber programmer/controller technology to its inventory of products but also strengthens the product offerings of our Test Services Division. JC Systems customers will benefit from the depth of the technical staff and Ideal's commitment to provide unparalleled customer support. We are very pleased to be able to provide this for Ideal's customers and the customers of JC Systems." Ideal Aerosmith already provided the JC Systems FASTTRAC® Environmental Chamber Controller with its inertial test systems and missile flight simulators.
John Chaparro, President of JC Systems, Inc. states, "I am pleased that the enhanced production capabilities of Ideal Aerosmith will be available to handle the increasing production requirements for the Model 2020 Three Channel Controller."
The Model 2020 features easy to use front panel selected input and output configurations that incorporate interrelated logic capabilities replacing external relay logic or PLCs to meet system requirements.
JC Systems temperature controllers have become the de facto standard for many Fortune 500 companies and have been standard equipment on motion simulators manufactured by Carco Electronics, Contraves, and Ideal Aerosmith.
The JC Systems products will be manufactured and supported at Ideal's Phoenix, Arizona, facility. Our Test Services group in Phoenix supports Weather Radar Testers, Ground Proximity Warning Systems, In-Flight Entertainment Systems, and various avionics test systems throughout the world. Ideal Aerosmith is headquartered in East Grand Forks, MN and, in addition to the Phoenix, AZ facility, has locations in Pittsburgh, PA and Menlo Park, CA.
