John M. Carter accepts leadership position at Ideal Aerosmith

Ideal Aerosmith is pleased to announce that on 24 March 2005, John M. Carter accepted the leadership position at the
Ideal Aerosmith Menlo Park, California facility as Manager, Hydraulic Simulator Division. All former Carco Electronics
employees at Menlo Park, including John, became employees of Ideal during the first week of January 2005.
John Carter is well known throughout the industry of hardware-in-the-loop testing and flight simulators for his knowledge,
customer dedication and integrity. Ideal Aerosmith is exceptionally pleased to have John with us.
While Ideal Aerosmith is located in the United States, its most dedicated, professional and talented engineering and
technical service teams are available to travel to customer locations worldwide -- except those locations that are
prohibited by the government of the United States. John's hydraulic team at Menlo and the motion simulator teams
at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and East Grand Forks, Minnesota, have already this year provided installation and
service for Carco Electronics equipment and Ideal customers in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the USA.
John Carter's Ideal Aerosmith Menlo Park and Ideal teams at Pittsburgh, PA and East Grand Forks, MN are
prepared to assist with service and upgrades for Carco Electronics, as well as other flight motion simulator systems.
