Trip Guardian ™ 2203 Non-Magnetic Series

The Trip Guardian™ 2203 Series test table is a fully automated non-magnetic precision positioning system that will increase through-put, cut down on labor cost and lead the way in verification/calibration testing of various tools used in today’s directional drilling industry.

The Trip Guardian 2203 features a servo controlled table with a digital controller that provides users the capability of running complex profiles with a push of a button. With precision positioning, users no longer have to spend costly time manually positioning the table into place. With the use of a touch screen or host PC, users can write their own script or have Ideal Aerosmith’s software team create one for them.

The 2203 is intended to be used for the calibration and verification of downhole directional instruments, including magnetometers, gyroscopes, and accelerometers. A thermal chamber is included to provide testing and calibration at elevated temperatures.
