Ideal Aerosmith has ISO 9001:2000 certified manufacturing facilities at its headquarters in East Grand Forks, MN and in Phoenix, AZ. Ideal Aerosmith also has facilities in Pittsburgh, PA and Menlo Park, CA. All manufacturing personnel in East Grand Forks and Phoenix facilities are J-STD-001C trained and certified. The result of this training has been Ideal's consistent delivery of high-quality motion simulation platforms, rate tables, test panels, cable assemblies, interface test adapters, racked test systems, and other electro-mechanical equipment for the aerospace industry.
Ideal's Minnesota headquarters house the motion control engineering, purchasing, finance, and administration office, as well as electrical and mechanical assembly, a paint facility, parts stockroom, and shipping / receiving space.

Pittsburgh, PA
The Ideal Aerosmith Pittsburgh facility serves as a Sales, Service, and Development facility located in Western Pennsylvania. They specialize in servicing or upgrading Contraves-Goerz and Carco Electronics single to multi-axis electrical, hydraulic, centrifugal, scorsby and air bearing tables that utilize the 403C, MPACS, MADES 3100, MADES 3200, 405A, 405D, or CASCADE controllers.
The Pittsburgh employees average 22+ years of experience and support their own engineering team that contributes in the development of high accuracy motion control systems. This facility has an administrative office, procurement, electrical and mechanical assembly, precision machining, testing, parts stockroom, shipping and receiving, field service and technical support.

The Ideal Aerosmith Menlo Park facility serves as a Sales, Service, Engineering and Manufacturing facility located in Northern California. Menlo Park employees have years of experience designing and building HWIL missile flight motion simulation and target simulation systems as well as radome test systems and aerodynamic load simulators. In addition, they are experienced in servicing and upgrading Contraves-Goerz and Carco Electronics single to multi-axis electrical and hydraulic tables utilizing MADES 3100 or MADES 3200 controllers.
The facility and staff are capable of supporting engineering, electrical and mechanical assembly, precision machining, testing, procurement and field service with a technical staff that has a combined total of over 250 years of experience.
